Recently, Joy-Motion's self-developed explosion-proof joint modules have secured consecutive orders totaling tens of millions of yuan, marking the official entry of domestically produced explosion-proof joints into the phase of large-scale implementation. This series of joints has been successfully adapted for multiple quadruped robot (mechanical dog) platforms and is now deployed in high-risk, restricted areas such as petrochemical plants, natural gas pipeline inspection, and emergency rescue scenariosareas previously reliant on manual labor or imported components.

Joy-Motion's explosion-proof joints cover three main categories: knee joints, pitch joints, and roll joints. All share the following unified high-performance specifications:

Explosion-Proof Rating: Compliant with Ex d IIB T4 and Ex d IIC T6 standards for various working conditions. Offers extremely high safety, suitable for multiple explosion-proof scenarios like oil and chemical industries and various complex ground environments, demonstrating strong adaptability.

Torque Performance: Peak torque reaches 450 N·m, rated torque 110 N·m, enabling robots to carry over 20kg for sustained operation.

Control Precision: Equipped with a 17-bit dual encoder. Repeat positioning accuracy is ±40 arcseconds, backlash 15 arcminutes, with millisecond-level response speed.

System Integration: Built-in driver, supports CAN/CAN-FD communication. Rated power approx. 1.28 kW, powered by 72VDC, compatible with mainstream robot control systems.

Protection Performance: Protection rating IP67, operational temperature range -20°C to 60°C, noise level below 70 dB.
